Terms and Conditions 

A non-refundable and non transferable deposit [per car] must be paid to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 4 weeks before service is provided unless prior arrangements have been mutually agreed to.  

Overtime on the day of the wedding, beyond the booked hours, is payable in cash prior to the service being continued [subject to availability]

Please confirm the details 2 weeks prior to your wedding. In order not to place too much strain on your wedding budget we are happy to accept payment by instalments. We are very flexible with payment plans so please let us know what is suitable to you.

Payments can be made by cash, direct deposit, cheque or money order whichever is most convenient for you.

In order to keep our cars in their pristine condition, No smoking, eating or drinking is allowed in the cars.

No person under the influence of alcohol  will be carried in our cars.

 SERVICE INCLUSIONS 

We provide traditional white ribbons on our vehicles, although we are obviously flexible should you wish an alternate ribbon colour.   We have a wide selection of ribbon colours available.  We also offer full red carpet service for the arrival of the bride at the ceremony.

Complimentary sparkling wine, bottled water and a selection of light snacks are available at the photo shoot where the timetable allows and we always carry an ice-cold water spray should your bouquet need reviving throughout the day.

Also available is the ‘Bride’s Emergency Pack’ which carries a selection of useful items, such as needle and cotton, safety pins, fresh-wipes, mints, etc. We want your day to be memorable for the right reasons and do our utmost to cater for the unforeseeable!

Two large umbrellas per car are carried.
